Al Joseph Woods is an American football nose tackle for the National Football League’s Seattle Seahawks (NFL).
He was selected in the fourth round of the 2010 NFL Draft by the New Orleans Saints. He attended LSU and played football there. Woods has previously played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Tennessee Titans, and the Indianapolis Colts.
