Cleveland police shot and killed a 40-year-old man Amontae Robert in a driveway on Friday night.
Officers responded to reports of a possible shooting at a residence in the 4900 block of Anson Avenue on April 7 at around 9 o’clock, according to Cleveland police Sgt. Ciaccia.
According to officials, the individual had multiple gunshot wounds to his arms and torso.
The person, named as Anthony Norman by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s office, was declared dead at the scene, according to the police.
Authorities confirmed that the shooting is still being investigated.
