News reports state that Pique and Shakira, who announced their split after 11 years of marriage, are working to maintain their friendship for the benefit of their children.
However, a remark by journalist Jose Antonio Aviles who appeared in Viva la Vida stated, “A person very, very close to Pique informed me that there was no betrayal on his part.”
On the other hand, rumors circulated all over social media claiming that Pique cheated on Shakira with a 20-year-old.
According to the Spanish newspaper “20 Minotos,” Shakira’s final song, “Pique,” was an effort to encourage the water to start flowing again.
