A 31-year-old man was arraigned on Friday and accused of fatally stabbing a lady when she was putting air in her tires outside of a Roseville Belle Tire and killing another guy.

Shane Burns, of Washington, is allegedly responsible for repeatedly stabbing Cheryl Parsley early on Wednesday morning in the parking lot of the Belle Tire on Gratiot close to 14 Mile, according to the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office.

He then allegedly drove to the intersection of Harper Avenue and 12 Mile and attacked a man who was standing at a bus stop by repeatedly stabbing him in the middle.

Burns was detained by Warren police during a traffic stop at Van Dyke and Stephens.

Police discovered a shotgun, a 9mm gun, and a significant quantity of ammunition while searching the defendant’s vehicle.

Burns allegedly started biting his own wrists while being held at the Roseville Police Department, according to the prosecutor’s office. Burns and an officer fought after being told to halt, at which point Burns took the officer’s knife and sliced his own wrist.
