Scherping had recently passed away in a fatal motorcycle accident. “Dave was a retired K-9 handler, father, grandfather, and one hell of a fine man. He was also our dear, dear friend. We are truly sorry for the Sherping family’s loss and their grief.
In this picture, Dave is seen holding his grandchild and standing next to his son, who has taken over the K-9 business from his father.
