Dejan Lovren, a professional football player from Croatia who was born on July 5, 1989, competes for Zenit Saint Petersburg in the Russian Premier League and for the Croatian national team as a center back.

Together with his best friend Lovro Krar, Lovren created the fashion label Russell Brown in 2013. The brand was discontinued three years later for unspecified reasons. According to rumors, Lovren and Krar’s strained relationship was the cause of the closure.

On May 29, 2018, Lovren opened the four-star Joel hotel in Novalja, close to Zre. According to Lovren, the hotel is named after Josip and Elena.

On December 29, 2020, Lovren provided free temporary housing in the hotel for sixteen families who lost their homes in the disaster.

Parents and Siblings

Silva Lovren, his mother, and Sasa Lovren, his father, both of Croatian descent, brought him into the world.

Lovren, who presently plays for Fortuna Düsseldorf, is Lovren’s younger brother and another professional football player.

Wife and Children

Anita Sekulić is Lovren’s wife, and the couple has two daughters, Elena (born in August 2012) and Josip (born in June 2015).
