Practicing at the Hinsdale Orhtopaedics Sports Performance Institute since 2002, I specialize in arthroscopic repair and revisions for the shoulder, rotator cuff and labral, and cartilage tears and knee ACL, ligament, meniscus and cartilage injuries.

In addition to my practice, I do arthroscopic orthpaedic research and haved developed several advanced techniques, instruments and implants to improve patient outcomes including rebuilding a broken glenoid, resurfacing a shoulder joint, revising previously failed ACL surgeries, and reconstructing ACL tears without injuring the growth plate. I hold six patents for several of my surgical procedures and I mentor medical students in the Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine's honors research program.

I established the Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine Teaching and Research Foundation (OTRF), a nonprofit foundation to fund unbiased orthopaedic research, conduct educational programs and conferences for clinicians and the community, and provide educational opportunities for athletic trainers, pre-medical students and physician assistants to obtain orthopaedic clinical and surgical education experience.
