On November 25th, the Foundation Grant and Grammy-winning singer died at her home in Largo, Florida. Marketing specialist Judith A. Moose said, “for the benefit of her family, it is with significant misery that I declare the destruction of Irene Cara.” An Oscar-winning entertainer, vocalist, lyricist, and maker, she “died away in her Florida home.”
