Tragic Double Murder-Suicide Near Manchester: Victims Identified

In a heart-wrenching incident near Manchester, a double murder-suicide unfolded, claiming the lives of three individuals. Authorities have now identified the victims of this unfortunate tragedy.

The incident came to light on Thursday morning when law enforcement received a distress call to the 200 block of Glandore Drive around 11 a.m. Responding promptly, officers discovered a grim scene – two women had been fatally shot. The victims were identified as 64-year-old Mary Raab and 27-year-old Claire Gyurkikiss.

Additionally, the lifeless body of Paul Gyurkikiss, 61, was also found within the premises.

Based on preliminary investigations, it is believed that Paul Gyurkikiss carried out the horrifying act, shooting both women before ultimately taking his own life.

Coleman McIlvain, 34, committed suicide in St. Ann on July 3 after fatally injuring his girlfriend, Seychelle Jackson, 30, and two of her children. Similarly, LaTonya Brown was killed in a murder-suicide on June 30 at Norwood Court by her lover, Justin Taylor.

On May 1, Cheryl Washington, 60, was killed by 61-year-old Dana Haney, who then committed herself.

Five murder-suicide cases were investigated by St. Louis County police in 2022.
