Play School host, John Hamblin known by his character names Funny John, or Naughty John, was an English-born Australian children’s television presenter and actor on stage and screen who appeared in theatre productions, soap operas, and made-for-TV films.
John Hamblin also appeared in several long-running Australian soap operas, including The Young Doctors, The Young and the Restless, and A Country Practice, and portrayed Michael Chamberlain in the film The Disappearance Of Azaria Chamberlain. More recently, he appeared in Love My Way and All Saints.
