The foreclosure on their megamansion is just the latest scandal that’s plagued the ACE Family. Austin McBroom’s company Simply Greatest Productions was sued by the media company LiveXLive. A lawyer for LiveXLive told Insider that McBroom’s boxing event was built on a “stack of lies.”
The Ace Family consists of Catherine Paiz, former basketball star Austin McBroom, and their daughters, Elle and Alaïa. Taking their name from the first letters of the original three members of the family, Austin, Catherine, and Elle, The Ace Family has attracted more than 18.5 million subscribers since launching their YouTube channel in 2016.

Austin McBroom is rumored to have cheated on wife Catherine Paiz. McBroom, who has engaged in his share of trash talking in the run-up to the fight, found karma knocking recently when Jake Paul accused him of cheating on his wife.
In 2019, YouTuber Cole Carrigan posted a now-deleted video in which he claimed McBroom, his father, a security guard and one of McBroom’s friends sexually assaulted and raped one of his friends, adding that other women had shared similar stories with him of alleged assaults by McBroom.
McBroom was filmed shouting at Catherine. In late 2020, fans were shocked when the couple accidentally uploaded an unedited vlog that showed McBroom shouting at his wife in front of their children. The video was quickly removed but circulated on TikTok and drew concern from fans.

The Ace Family channel has 17.7 million subscribers on YouTube. The family often posts videos about their children and their life together. Other YouTubers have long joked about the family’s wealth and claim the problems they share about their life are not relatable to the public.
Some Twitter users were quick to dismiss the claims because they said they don’t trust Carrigan. A woman claiming to be the second person allegedly assaulted by McBroom said Carrigan’s motivation in sharing may have been money, not advocacy.
Carrigan also posted a message that claimed YouTuber Keemstar was paid $500,000 by the Ace family to stay quiet. The YouTuber responded to the video with a slam against Carrigan’s credibility. “Cole you are a complete idiot,” Keem wrote on Twitter.

Along with the two lawsuits, the ACE Family is allegedly facing three lawsuits in total and possible foreclosure of their seven million dollar home along with paying for the boxing event. The April lawsuit comes from a construction equipment rental company, whereas the September lawsuit comes from the social media company Subify.
