Areana made her debut on Dance Moms as part of the ALDC mini team in the sixth season. She remained on the show until the following season, where the mini team was disbanded and she was dismissed.
Areana’s brother, Jordan, is disabled and is unable to walk or talk. In 2011, Areana competed a solo for her own studio at the time at iHollywood on the episode Cathy Brings It On but it was not shown. Her favorite group dance on Dance Moms was ” Cali Cuties .”
