Born Rikhado Muziwendlovu Makhado popularly known as Riky Rick was a South African rapper, songwriter, singer, composer, actor, entrepreneur, and fashion designer.
He was born on June 20, 1987, in KwaMashu township near Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, and raised there.
Riky is the creator and proprietor of Cotton Club Records, as well as a member of Boyz N Bucks.
He met his wife Bianca Naidoo in early 2010 in Sandton, where she subsequently gave birth to Jordan Makhado.
They married in 2013 and had their son, Maik Daniel Makhado, the following year.
After struggling with alcohol and drug addiction in his adolescence, the rapper practiced sobriety.

Riky”s cause of death has not yet been determined.
His relatives stated that he died in the early hours of February 23, 2022, in Johannesburg.
“The family of South African musician Riky Rick with profound regret this afternoon revealed his untimely departure,” his family said in a statement.
“Known affectionately as Riky Rick around the world, he was adored by his family, friends, and the whole entertainment business.”
