Elder Isaac Heninger Dies in Tragic Electric Scooter Accident in New Brunswick.

On Sunday night, May 7, 2023, in Clearfield, Utah, a horrific accident involving a missionary from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints took place.

After suffering a serious brain injury, Elder Isaac Heninger, 19, of Searsville, New Brunswick, Canada, passed away in the early hours of May 8, 2023, in a hospital in Salt Lake City.

A group of young guys riding electric scooters stopped to chat with Elder Heninger and his companions as they were on their way to an appointment.

At some point, he made an attempt to jump over one of the scooters, which led to a head injury.

Elder Heninger started serving as a missionary in the Utah Layton Mission in December 2022.
